thats too broad a question I think. What do you like? are those stats in order meaning 15 has to go to str and the 16 has to go to charisma? if so paladin maybe your best bet, putting your 4th and 8th level ability points into str and con.
you could build anything probably with that stat array, from a combat oracle to a summoning wizard to a straight up fighter or barbarian, just saying you like melee is very broad, do you want some spellcasting attached to it or not? if so divine or arcane? if not twf or two handed? do you want to switch hit well or not switch hit ever?
do you want to absorb damage or just deal as much of it as possible before you go down? stealthy or in your face? skillmonkey or doesnt matter?

ok. a good choice for DR and casting in melee is a bloodrager. do you have a race in mind? and have you already applied racial stat adjustments?
and there are things better than DR for tanking. Blur and Displacement are both good, miss chance is a great effect for avoiding damage as well as mirror image.

I would do
Str- 15 with 4th level bonus here for 16
Dex- 13 (+2 racial here) for 15
Con- 15 with 8th level bonus here for 16
Int- 11
Wis- 13 when u get to 12th I would put bonus here
Cha- 16
The 15 Dex lets you take two-weapon fighting and wield a light shield to shield bash. So wield a one-handed weapon of your choice.
Bloodlines- I prefer arcane and abyssal. Arcane gives you good defensive abilities when you rage and abyssal lets you hit harder with auto enlarge person when you blood rage and some resistance tho minor at 8th.
Feats- Two-weapon fighting, improved shield bash, power attack, double slice are a few I recommend.

...?
Going TWF on a barbarian/bloodrager? Any partocilar reason why? They don't have anything to add t TWF. The class doesn't comewith static bonuses on every hit, which is usually required to make TWF worth it.
The class focuses more on str bonuses, which doesn't play well with TWF (since you get the same amount of str bonus across two hits, but with a -2 penalty and little benefit).
You might be able to get by with arcane strike...but that still seems skimpy compared to every other 'typical' TWF class- even slayers have sneak attack on top of their +1-+5 bonus on every hit.
Also, honesty...15 starting dex is not great for a TWF build. You want improved TWF to make it 'worth it' by getting two extra attacks. So that requires 17 dex (start 16 works fine). These stats are decent for making a str based TWF, but not one that also needs a good casting stat.

You could go for a paladin with the following stats. STR 18 (After racial), DEX 11, CON 15, INT 13, WIS 13, CHA 15. Put your 4th level stat adjustment into CHA, and the 8th into CON. If you go for a human and put the favored class bonus into skills you will have 5 skill points per level. Paladins are probably the best tank in the game and lay on hands will give you swift healing for even more survivability.
The other option would be a ranger. Use the stats of STR 18 (after racial), DEX 15, CON 15, INT 13, WIS , 13, CHA 11. Put your 4th level bonus to DEX, the 8th level to CON and the 12th level to WIS to get your 4th level spells at 13th level. Playing a human with favored bonus to skills will give you 9 skill points per level. Rangers get a lot of class abilities even if a lot of them are situational. There spells are actually pretty good with a lot of utility and buff spells.

I'm having a blast with my Druid (Nature Fang) character. Pretty much give up wildshaping to get Slayer Talents. I chose to get Ranger Fighting Style (Sword and Shield). At 11th level, you are going to have a LOT of options available to you that I can only wait for.
I was allowed to take a variant multiclass and chose Cleric so that I could get the Rage domain. My character is a half-orc and worships Gorum, though his divine spellcasting is from nature. I took a Nature Domain with the Druid instead of an animal companion just so that I could get a familiar with the protector archetype, allowing my to make use of its HP as a buffer for my own. It makes up for the lack of d12 HD.
Druid's just have so many ... tasty 3rd level spells that boost their offensive and defensive abilities. Studied Target makes up for the BAB difference.
