Hi guys, I've had an idea kicking around in the back of my head for a while, and I was wondering if anyone else has tried to make something like this before.
I'm wanting to try to make a character who specialises in using magic items, and has ways of improving them.
For example, is there any way to improve the DC's of wands, recharge wands without using money, get extra uses per day of items etc.?
I considered making a rogue who could do this, but if I want to craft items I'm going to need some magic to get crafting feats.
I realise this is quite a bit like the artificer from 3.5, and I'm sad that the class hasn't come across to pathfinder, but is there any way to multiclass something together to make a pathfinder equivalent?
Many thanks!

The occultist (Occult Adventures) has some of the flavor that you want. I realize that the school implements and the focus powers aren't (necessarily) "magic items," in and of themselves, but they can act in a similar manner (and even be made into such as the character gains levels).
Depending on exactly how you want to go about it, a bard (silver balladeer; concentrating on musical intruments), inquisitor (relic hunter), or medium (relic channeler; concentrating on the relics used to bond with each of their six spirits) may also be an option.

Kinda? A magus can improve wand DCs with the right arcana (and use them in spell combat with another), a razmiran priest sorcerer can use their own magic to power wands and scrolls which is kind of like the second, item mastery feats (best used by a thoroughly multiclassed martial character) can get extra (if different) uses out of magic items. No one character does all of those well though, and a rogue isn't good at any of them.
Further the cyphermage PrC gets bonuses using scrolls, as does a level 10+ scrollmaster wizard, and various alchemist discoveries and some alchemist infusions boost potions. Not recommended for combining with each other or the above.
Hmm. There's a wizard arcane discovery, staff-like wand, which improves wand DCs/caster level. Requires craft staff as a prereq so very late game. You might get it with VMC Wizard after taking one of the other means listed above.
