My friends want me to DM a campaign and they want to start at level 20. I can't think of any ideas for the campaign. In the party there is an alchemist, two summoners, an oracle, psychic warrior(from the ultimate psionics book), and a person who hasn't picked a class yet. Any ideas are welcome.

How much backstory do these characters have? If there isn't a lot, you can make up a foe from the past that has come back ("You defeated the Crimson Ravager ten years ago, but now he's back and seeking revenge.") This would give you a chance to utilize flashbacks and fill in descriptions of previous adventures as you go.
You could also dive into the rules from Mythic Adventures. Slap a few mythic tiers on the tarrasque and suddenly the 20th-level group needs to go looking for help or find a maguffin that can put them on an even playing field.

I'd recommend finding a proper module to modify. Level 20 is not the sort of adventure you want to run with no ideas to support it. Drop them at the bottom of Rappan Athuk or put them in the Grande Temple of Jing or something similar. There are several high level campaigns out there that can be modified to suit your purposes.

Try something that compromises the entire integrity of the game world. Throw in crazy plot points like time travel, time dilation through extraplanar and extra solar travel. Include ridiculously powerful NPCs that may not necessarily be built using the PC creation rules, i.e. great wyrms with class levels.
Don't be afraid to use mythic instead of epic for the characters and the enemies.
