Fast Movement(Ex): Long-legged Wulfgar moves at an extra 10ft quicker.
Rage(Ex): Wulfgar can fly into a violent Rage for 23 rounds a day, during this time Wulfgar's statistics change in the following ways:
-AC 16; hp 117 ; Melee: Aegis-fang +21/+16 (1d10+14/19-20,x3), or Ranged: Aegis-fang +6 (1d10+14/19-20,x3); DR 2/-; SV Fort +10, Will +5; Str 25, Con 19; Skills: Climb +17
Rage Powers(Ex): Whilst Raging Wulfgar is capable of impressive feats:
-Increased Damage Reduction (Ex): The barbarian’s damage reduction increases by 1/—. This increase is always active while the barbarian is raging. A barbarian can select this rage power up to three times. Its effects stack. A barbarian must be at least 8th level before selecting this rage power.
-Knockback (Ex): Once per round, Wulfgar can make a bull rush attempt against one target in place of a melee attack. If successful, the target takes 7 damage and is moved back as normal. Wulfgar does not need to move with the target if successful. This does not provoke an attack of opportunity.
-Powerful Blow (Ex): Wulfgar gains a +3 bonus on a single damage roll. This power is used as a swift action before the roll to hit is made. This power can only be used once per rage.
-Strength Surge (Ex): Wulfgar adds +9 on one Strength check or combat maneuver check, or to his Combat Maneuver Defence when an opponent attempts a manoeuvre against her. This power is used as an immediate action. This power can only be used once per rage.
Improved Uncanny Dodge(Ex): Wulfgar's preternatural instincts mean he can no longer be flanked or become flat-footed.
Trap Sense +3(Ex): Wulfgar has a +3 bonus to reflex saves and AC made to avoid traps.

Could you argue that Wulfgar has at least a few levels in Fighter instead of Barbarian? First, that would go along with the whole bit in the first book about needing training from Drizzt. Second, his fighting style always seemed more refined than the other members of his tribe, but perhaps that is just due to advanced level.
For that matter, is Drizzt a multi-class Fighter/Ranger? He certainly trained as a fighter with Zaknafien. I wouldn't give him Ranger levels until he left home for the "wilds" of the Underdark.
Finally, which iteration of these characters do the stats represent?

It looks like Stag's builds are based upon the 3.0 Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting Book.
For Wulfgar, the fighter levels wouldn't be a bad/wrong for the build, I actually think the only thing he needs is Combat Expertise. I always interrupted Drizzt training to not be, "here, learn to be a fighter." But rather, learn when to rage and take your time with a practical defense. Combat Expertise represents the latter.

If memory serves me right, as of the 3.0 Silver Marches book, the Companions of the hall were:
Driz'zt Ftr 10/Barb 1/Ranger 5
Bruenor Ftr 13
Wulfgar Barb 9
Regis Rogue 6
Cattibrie Fighter 8
All of these stats were pre-Thousand Orcs story line. There have been about 12 books since those stats were relevant. Since then, Driz'zt, Bruenor and Wulfgar seem to have just kept to their respective classes. Regis appears to be more a swashbuckler/investigator. Cattibrie is now a wizard/druid.

*SPOILERS*
She became a wizard/druid after she was reincarnated. WOTC has kept the books running forward in time, so all the companion (save Drizzt) had died, but recently have been reborn.
She started learning magic in the Hunter's Blade Trilogy before the switch over to fourth edition.
