Question on multi-classing a charecter

Hello, so i know that there are plenty of threads on this, but none of them are really specific to what my dilemma is. I know that when multi classing, you'll lose out on important pieces, especially with the sorcerer class i am using, but i was wondering if i could mix a sorcerer with an alchemist? I am not too keen with needing the mutagens/bombs/etc., primarily, my focus is on the making of poisons, as my character is a CE drow sorceress with a sadistic streak a mile long, and giving her the ability to craft toxins and other nasty things i think would suit her character well. So my question is this; is it possible to give her the ability to craft such things as an alchemist can, without doing too much determent to her sorcerer class?

Amazing Tools of Manufacture (Alchemy) is an item which will allow you to craft a poison up to a value of 2000 gp in one hour. (once per day)


Anyone can craft with Craft (Alchemy). The rules are very slow for mundane items though. Master Alchemist helps speed it up a little though.
The Alchemist class does get Brew Potion (which you can take as a Feat) and a bonus to Alchemy, but anyone can use the Alchemy rules.

Dipping one level into a rogue (poisoner archetype), this way you get a bunch of class skills, skill points, and most importantly poison use. Also, it makes sense for a drow, they are sneaky devils after all. Next, use craft alchemy to create minor poisons, or just buy them until you can buy a Poisoner's Jacket?

Poisoner’s Jacket, Lesser

Aura faint conjuration and necromancy; CL 5th
Slot chest; Price 12,000 gp; Weight 3 lbs.
DESCRIPTION

Three times per day, the wearer of this dark jacket can create a vial containing one dose of any poison from the Core Rulebook that costs 300 gp or less. The jacket’s poison always looks like a murky amber fluid. This poison becomes inert after 1 hour.
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS

Craft Wondrous Item, minor creation, poison; Cost 6,000 gp.

Poisoner’s Jacket, Greater

Aura strong conjuration and necromancy; CL 15th
Slot chest; Price 58,000 gp; Weight 4 lbs.
DESCRIPTION

This jacket has the abilities of a lesser poisoner’s jacket, and once per day the wearer can create a vial that reproduces the effect of any poison in the Core Rulebook that costs 4,000 gp or less. The jacket’s poison always looks like a murky lime fluid. This poison becomes inert after 1 hour.
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS

Craft Wondrous Item, major creation, poison; Cost 29,000 gp.
