Hey all, quick question for the ether:
Levels in the Mutation Warrior Fighter archetype grants the Fighter an effective Alchemist level for the purposes of making alchemical Discoveries. Would such Fighter levels stack with Alchemist and Master Chymist levels solely for the sake of making Discoveries?
If it's not addressed in RAW/RAI, would you allow it or no?

Would I personally allow it? Absolutely. I always prefer simple solutions to questions like that.
But is a multiclass Mutation Warrior/Alchemist intended to stack? I don't really know. I can see arguments for both sides. It says your fighter levels count for your Mutagen, but the language suggests that's your fighter levels only could towards their limited discovery list.

The problem is that he doesn't get discoveries until 7th level and then every 4 levels thereafter.
So because of this, for purposes of comparing to an alchemist who gets one every 2 levels, at the minimum you'd want to divide the warrior levels by 2 to treat them as alchemist levels for purposes of getting another discovery.
That said, if you're talking only about the level requirement, I'd let them stack, but there's no official ruling that I know of.

The Official rule is, unless it says it stacks it doesn't. So you'd have two alchemist levels and take discoveries independent of the other class.
Channel Energy: If I have this ability from more than one class, do they stack?
No—unless an ability specifically says it stacks with similar abilities (such as an assassin's sneak attack), or adds in some way based on the character's total class levels (such as improved uncanny dodge), the abilities don't stack and you have to use them separately. Therefore, cleric channeling doesn't stack with paladin channeling, necromancer channeling, oracle of life channeling, and so on.
