There are ten separate Knowledge skills. Are you trying to maximize one or all? Do you want ways to improve them regardless of the class?
If you want to know which classes can pump their various Knowledge checks, Alchemist Mindchemists and Investigators are pretty amazing.
Some Feats that give bonuses on all Knowledge checks: Amateur Investigator, Breadth of Experience, Dilettante, Master of Knowledge, Scholar. That's just from scanning for "Knowledge" in the feats at Archives of Nethys. There are some others that provide bonuses for specific knowledge skills.

Small foot gave many of the best ones but I got a few more....
Noble scion (knowledge) or a +1 to all knowledge you have a skill rank in, bardic knowledge class feature from a bard, cloistered cleric and so on is a given. You could also use class features that replace the skills attribute to another stat giving a slight boost. You could even just use rerolls, easy to do if your human. Speakin of humans their focused study alternate racial ability is 3 skill focus for one feat so that's a good one. Catfolk as a bard have a favored class bonus that makes them the top guy for knowledge checks.

While I haven't run the numbers, I'm betting that a Bard with the Pageant of the Peacock masterpiece and a cranked-up Bluff score will beat any alternative.

Deific Obedience on a worshipper of Irori is good for a +4 sacred/profane bonus to all Knowledges.
Breadth of Experience is an easy +2 to all of them, if you meet the race and age requirements.
A single level dip of Investigator gets you free Inspiration on all Knowledges, for an effective +3.5 on average.
Dilettante is solid if you're staying at low levels, or if you don't have enough skill points to keep everything maxed out.
