Not sure if this really need to be spoilered or not since it's just a name, but better safe than sorry!

Spoiler:
How do you pronounce Amyreid? We've been saying it like Amy Reed, but that lends a distinctly soccer mom feel that doesn't quite mesh with the fantasy setting.

I would go with...:
A-meer-eed or A-meer-ee-id

I would pronounce it:

Spoiler:

ae-MEER-ide

What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell so sweet.

Actually, looking up the pronunciation of a phonic relative, I'd change that to:

Spoiler:

uh-MEER-ee-id

Reasoning:

Nereid is pronounced 'NEER-ee-id.'

The way I say it is:

A-me-reed

Like the name "Amy" but immediately followed by the word "reed."

Shadow Lodge

I pronounce "Amyreid" the same way I would pronounce "a myriad."
