As the subject says, I want to create a character based on beckett from Vampire: the Masquerade as seen at http://whitewolf.wikia.com/wiki/Beckett. But I keep coming up short on character build.
I like the idea of dipping into oracle either lore or lunar, and going with a unarmed strike or claws attacks. Looked at monk/druid (totem) build but that seems to over the top for me.
So does anyone have any ideas or has made a character based on Beckett.

Mechanically, Angel-Blooded (+2STR, +2CHA) Aasimar Lunar Dual-Cursed Oracle with a level of Sohei Monk is pretty perfect I think. The Aasimar Favored Class Bonus used on Gift of Horn and Claw will grant a powerful enhanced claw weapon. If you take Feral Combat Training: Claw, you can use your claw attack with flurry of blows. Since the Sohei can use light armor and Lunar Oracle gets Prophetic Armor, you can pair your high CHA with a Brawling armor for enhanced flurry attacks (anything that buffs unarmed strikes buffs your Feral Combat Training: Claw). Lunar also has the option of shapeshifting. One important thing to note is that you can shapeshift, and then use your claw ability and flurry, whether or not your new form should have claw attacks.
Dual-Cursed adds the powerful Misfortune ability, and gives you access to the powerful Ill Omen spell to curse enemies badly with no save, as a level 1 spell. Quickened Ill Omen is just unreasonably powerful if you go that road.

An Angel-Kin (+2STR/+2CHA) Aasimar Dual-Cursed Lunar Oracle with a level of Sohei Monk is about perfect. You can use the Aasimar Favored Class Bonus to make Gift of Horn and Claw more powerful, and then take Feral Combat Training to use Flurry of Blows with your claw. Since Sohei can flurry in armor, you can cross a light Brawling armor with the Prophetic Armor revelation.
Dual-Cursed grants the Misfortune power and the spell Ill Omen, which are both very potent 'hex' type abilities with no save.

I assume you mean: reading not eating (or is this a weird vampire joke?)
I like the VTM feel, but find the mechanics of the game boring, Pathfinder conversions are always helpful. So thanks for posting.
He has 2 similar consecutie posts, and lately the site has been working awfuly. I bet he was able to post but unable to read if he posted
