What I mean is that an Ecclesitheurge has access to all of their deity's domain spell lists due to Domain Mastery, and therefore has the ability to cast any domain spell of any of their deity's domains. Whether they choose to use Domain Mastery to pick up the Fire Domain spell list on a given day doesn't matter for Prepared Spell any more than whether or not they actually prepared that spell; the point is that they could pick up the Fire Domain spell list and prepare the spell if they wanted to, and so they "have the ability" to cast it.

Note two things:
1). You can prepare domain spells from your primary domain in your nn-domain slots. Fire as a primary is pretty good if you want to blast away.
2) You can sub out your domain spell list from your secondary domain for a tertiary while maintaining your secondary domain's powers.
Know what has a great set of powers but a craptastic spell list?
The Healing Domain.
I wonder who could have the Fire and Healing Domains?
(It's Sarenrae)

You could always spend a feat on Crusader's Flurry to "upgrade" to using a scimitar instead of a temple sword - I say "upgrade" because the difference is very small. Still, it's always nice to roll more crits, and scimitar flurry is pretty stylish.
Extra Channel would make using a potent Grayflame weapon more practical.

Selective channel is very useful. There will likely be times you want to use it in combat, and being able to do so without healing the enemy is great. With quicken channel you can still cast a spell or make an attack.
Less useful if you fight a lot of undead and just channel to harm, or have Channel Smite or some other alternate use for channels.
Maybe sarenrae has some interesting variant channels? I don't know off hand.
