As the subject says. I am currently being quoted $37.96 shipping and handling on a $38.24 purchase. This is totally unacceptable. I'll purchase the pdf when it's released.
Actually this makes me really sad. I can only assume you are no longer interested in selling hardback to non-North-American customers.
While I'm here why is shipping and handling higher for AP#100 (December) than it is for AP#101 and #102 (January)????

AP 100 is 32 pages bigger than a typical AP instalment, so I expect that's the reason for the discrepancy.
I'd check you subscription default shipping method hasn't changed. They recently added UPS as an option for international customers and I've had one or two odd shipping things since then. I wonder if you've accidentally been switched to that (rather than 'cheapest option').
Actually, I'm not sure why it's showing that much for shipping for the RPG sub Bestiary 5. I've filed an issue for the tech team to take a look this.

I'm aware AP#100 is 32 pages larger than usual, but my p&h is showing at $12.29 which is a 98% increase.
It's also, as I said, greater than the shipping for AP#101 and AP#102 which are shipping TOGETHER in January. So I'm getting more pages in Jan for less p&h. I looked at the new shipping option when it was announced but to be polite it wasn't for me. My subscription has always been cheapest possible.

Having spent the weekend thinking about this, I'm convinced that the PDF is the way to go, so please cancel my rpg subscription. As noted above my p&h for AP#100 is greater than for the two APs shipping in Jan, so perhaps that needs to be looked at as well.

Your shipping for AP 100 being more than for both 101 and 102 together doesn't look right so I investigated and I suspect the issue is that we may still have some placeholder information on it's form factors. When that gets updated (closer to the December subscription authorization) the projected shipping should adjust to reflect the actual size and weight of the book.
