need help building a parry specilist.

Advice

I would really like to build a character that cannot be hit ( at least most of the time). Also while being annoying to the enemy. I have been looking up builds. and the abilities and feats that are popping out on all of the post are as follows:

1. mouser ( swashbuckler ), at least one level.
2. combat reflexes
3. master of many styles (monk)
4. archon, monkey, snake style, archon diversion, monkey shine, snake fang

Lets say 1 level of mouser, 8 levels of monk to activate 3 styles as a swift action.
Would I need to dip fighter for more feats faster?

would a build like this work?

or have i chosen to many style feats and not enough actual "to hit" feats.

*cough, Songbird of Doom, cough*

but its a bird though....

So you're going to need more of a build before anyone can run numbers, but off the top of my head you're dropping at least 2 BAB to monk levels. Additionally, MoMS has changed recently. I was going to post all the problems, but it's much simpler to just tell you that you can no longer skip steps in the style chain. In fact, you can't take any feats in the style chain anymore except the base style feat (which is the only one that's actually a "style" feat) or as "wildcard" slots that you can fill in when you change styles (but you have to meet the prereqs of the wildcard feats). So no Monkey Shine until level 11 monk or BAB +11, for one. And the other feats in the style chain you'd have to pick up with normal feats or fill in as needed with wildcard feats.

I found the only way to make perry consistent is to get a super high attack. I did the buy taking on level of inspired blade, one level of unchained barbarian (drunken brute) and the rest investigator. With 20 dex, small size, mutagen, rage, studied combat you can have +20 to hit the level 6. You a get access to furious weapons which helps a lot. Eventually add in inspired or answering and you will perry a lot of the time.

You could even have a defensive weapon with answering/inspired and an offensive furious/keen

that would defeat the purpose of playing the entire archetype[e? why not just play a fighter at that point?

I didn't do it, I'm just the bearer of bad news.

Bonus Feat: At 1st level, 2nd level, and every four levels thereafter, a master of many styles may select a bonus style feat or the Elemental Fist feat. He does not need to meet the prerequisites of that feat, except the Elemental Fist feat. Starting at 6th level, a master of many styles can choose to instead gain a wildcard style slot. Whenever he enters one or more styles, he can spend his wildcard style slots to gain feats in those styles' feat paths (such as Earth Child Topple) as long as he meets the prerequisites. Each time the master of many styles changes styles, he can also change these wildcard style slots. This ability replaces a monk's standard bonus feats.

It's still the only way to use multiple styles to the best of my knowledge. Otherwise, yeah, you can do a similar thing with Unarmed Fighter.

Master of Many Styles is pretty much a 1lvl dip class now, with the nerf and all.

Still, how attached are you to parrying? If you go bard, you can take displacement and mirror image and have a minimum of 83% chance to not be hit, regardless of AC, on all attacks.
