I've recently grown curious to learn more about the odd secular pseudo-religion of the Kalistocrats, but I'm not sure which books can provide more information than the brief summary on a wiki page. Even looking it up in The Inner Sea World Guide just told me they have some vague "dietary and sexual restrictions" (unspecified), and the barest tenets of their philosophy.
Are there any prominent or memorable Kalistocrat NPCs I could look into? Any books which go into some more detail? I'm interested in making an adherent of the prophecies as a character, but I know so little it would be difficult at this point.

If you're looking for the philosophy The wiki page has a good amount of information
Does it, though?
It says "they like money," "they wear white gloves," "they're not worried Aroden died," and "their familiars got swag" and unfortunately very little else. Do the Kalistocrats feature into any of the novels?

Song of the Serpent involves Druma and some kalistocrats but not in any great detail, nor am I certain how canonical it is. (Virtually none of the magic described seems to have any relation to the rules of magic in Golarion, for example.)

From what I remember, these guys have a religious philosophy of accumulating wealth. Everything they do is about hoarding as much wealth as they can, and flaunting it off to show off their status. They are so obsessed with it, that their restrictions are based on keeping them on the path of getting Loadsamoney

Part of a wiki is that you have links to wiki-surf. So from that page you can click on the High Prophet Kelldor's page to answer your notable members question. Or click on the Mercenary League link to see how the military view differs from that of normal followers of the Prophecies. Or the Druma link to see how the prophecies effect politics.

I thought about the Kalistocracy and I came up with this new PFS character as a Prophet of Kalistrade. He's an Enlightened Philosopher Time Oracle with the Legalistic curse, Upstanding trait (because he's Exchange, naturally), and some extra bits to emphasize his standoffish discipline to the world (carries soap, spams Purify Food spells).
Character sheet in my avatar. I hope something like this will work.

Except Kelldor's not the founder of the faith, or at least no book's said he is.

From what I've read, there's almost no way he's the founder. They date back to the early years of the Age of Enthronement, so they're over four thousand years old at this time. Nobody's arguing that his devotion has granted him powerful divine abilities, but knowing more about his curse and his mystery might give further insight into this inscrutable religion.
