I am playing a PFS unchained Rouge. Strangely I end up tanking about half or more of the times I play, mainly due to my AC 18. I spent every last GP I had getting +1 darkleaf lamellar leather. In the last scenario I played this armor is the only reason I didn't die like 3-4 times. That last play put me into 3rd level, and I am debating between dodge for a +1 AC, or Godless healing so I can heal myself if I do get hit. Several times we have had to play with no healer in the group, at best a caster with a wand of CLW. But being able to be more self sufficient with healing would be ideal since I am also usually behind enemy lines flanking.
Is it more valuable to have a AC 19 over an AC 18, and possibly get hit less often or be able recover from a hit since I only have 18 HP.

Both are not that great, really. If you have some decent Charisma, maybe Skill Focus (UMD) and use a Wand of CLW to heal yourself out of combat.
Is yoou have +0 CHA, with 7 Ranks and +3 from the Skill Focus, you have 55% to activate a Wand. Just don't roll a 1. And UMD will help you MUCH more in your adventurer career.

No need to be all red in the face about it...
I have never tried Godless Healing, but I'm pretty sure that Dodge is a "trap" feat - it looks like a good idea on paper but in the long run it's basically worthless.
If you really need to be able to heal yourself, get your own wand and make sure to be really good at UMD.
If you want good build advice for a rogue, there are rogue build guides around here that should give you much better advice than either of the feats you mentioned.

AC scale VERY poorly compared to the Hit modifiers. With the right Wands (and Scrolls) you can heal yourself and your party, became invisible, buff yourself with some miss chance/similar effects (Blur, Mirror Image).
Later in the game this +1 will be useless, while the UMD will be more and more valuable.

I have 3 ranks in UMD and a -1 Cha modifier, and UMD is a class skill, so I have a +5 on UMD at the moment.
Skill focus on UMD seems like more of a waste then being able to boost AC or heal myself.

Once you have enough gold to buy wands, you can use them to heal yourself, or give yourself a +4 Shield Bonus to AC, for example.

Take a level in Ranger. use CLW wands at will. Now you no longer have a healing problem.
Taking Skill Focus in UMD might seem harsh, but being able to give yourself a +4 shield bonus reliably is a huge benefit. Or, if a caster is there, you can lend it to him. A shield wand is a VERY good investment.
You are probably better off taking Toughness for more hit points and using Favored Class bonus for even more hit points, seriously. the +1 bonus from dodge isn't going to help as much as simply having more hit points will.
Godless healing is also a trap feat unless you have the PC that scales it, since it is only usable 1/day.
I suggest a retrain of your first level to ranger...this will give you +2 hp. Then take toughness for more hit points, and FC for yet more. Your net loss by next level will be...2 skill points. Take FE: Human and FT: Urban, and you should be good to go.
And now you can use all those wands with rangers spells. Like Lead blades, gravity bow, monkey fish, barkskin, and the like.
