Summon Evil or Neutral monsters?

Advice

So, I'm thinking of playing an NE Master Summoner in a "tank" role, like I have seen in some forums, but all of them have the Summon Good Monsters feat, but I need to be evil, since my CN barbarian betrayed the group doing s good action and saving some people he wasn't mean to save.
So I want to try or Synthesist or Master Summoner as a "tank" role, but I want to be like an Overlord and rub my hands while my minions are killing every living creature.
So here is my question: which feat? Because Summon Evil don't let minions attack sudden after being summoned, but it's a standard action, so idk. Although, I'm going to be half-orc and pick the Ferocious Summons.
Some advice to better fit in that role?

Summoning evil creatures gets you std action summoning with the SEC feat. That is a central issue. You simply don't have time for slower summons in PF. The other factor is that there are dozens of evil creatures to choose from, but only a few Good or Neutral. SEC is not second best, it's the power option.

As a summoner, does he not already summon as a standard action?

Not the Master Summoner archetype, I think, because Summoning Mastery (Sp) don't say that it's standard...

Also, I've forgotten to say I'm going to start at lvl 6.

Wait, or maybe it does "This ability otherwise functions as the summoner’s normal summon monster I ability".

The monster summoning handbook has a feat called expanded summon monster. You should consider it, as you get no summoning speed benefit from summon evil monster. You already summon monsters as a standard action and they can even act on your turn.
