Spontaneous Casters and Spell Component Pouch

Rules Questions

I was just looking at the various class kits in the Adventure Gear section of Ultimate Equipment and noticed that spontaneous casters don't have spell component pouches listed, but most casters who have to prepare spells do (paladin and ranger don't).

Did they make a change giving all spontaneous casters Eschew Materials like the sorceror gets (it would sort of make sense with the spontanaity of the casting)? Or is this more of a, "casting isn't your main function, so it's not standard equipment" type thing?

Paladins and rangers don't get any spells until fourth level, so they don't need spell components at first level when they're most likely to buy a class kit.

Some spontaneous casters are divine casters who use a holy symbol instead of spell components.

Even with Eschew Materials, you still need a Focus if the spell requires it, so you still might want a spell component pouch. (Example: Mage Armor)

Edit: The Summoner's Kit really ought to have a spell component pouch. My guess is that they goofed and copied the Sorcerer Kit to other kits where it's not the best fit.

Divine Casters still use Material components in a lot of spells by the way.

The fact that any class that starts casting at level 1, other than the Sorcerer, doesn't have a Spell Component Pouch in its kit seems like a severe oversight to me.
