Which Race to choose for a Dreamscarred Press Warlord?

Advice and Rules Questions

Starting a new sandbox campaign and I am planning on playing a Warlord http://www.d20pfsrd.com/path-of-war/classes/warlord and dual-wielding kukri's (and therefore primarily using the Thrashing Dragon discipline http://www.d20pfsrd.com/path-of-war/disciplines-and-maneuvers/thrashing-dra gon-maneuvers). I was going to ask your general consensus as to whether to Choose Ifrit or Fanglord Skinwalker? Both provide a +2 to Dex and Cha, the two main stats needed for the Warlord. Both provide some interesting options. Catfolk also provide the same bonuses but I really don't want to play a Catfolk and the Beastbrood Tiefling variant does as well, but it is not an allowed race in this campaign. So, I ask you, my fellow gamers', which would you choose?

Also, we are using a 20 point build, posted stats include racial modifiers, and while dump stats aren't strictly prohibited, they are frowned upon.

Do I go:
Str 13, Dex 17, Con 14, Int 10, Wis 8, Cha 16

or

Str 13, Dex 18, Con 14, Int 10, Wis 8, Cha 14

Thank you all in advance for your feedback and suggestions.

How about the Dromite or the Xeph also from Dreamscarred Press?

The first is a humanoid insect with some weird options, while the second is described as a more quick and agile human, with a power to increase his base speed.

I am playing a Ratfolk warlord right now. My friend is playing a Ratfolk unchained rogue. I use Golden Lion shenanigans to move him into position an let him full attack every turn. He has Butterfly sting and I wield a pick. We will get Outflank later, and that should be fun :)

You don't even need a high crit weapon to make this silly. If both of you have Combat Reflexes, Outflank, and Butterfly Sting, whenever any one crits, you can hand that crit back and forth until you run out of AoOs. Your weapon's crit multiplier becomes equal to both your dex bonuses +3 :)

There are other options too. You could get Outflank and that Path of War teamwork feat that increases threat ranges.

With a Xeph, you could dual-wield Zephyr knives, which will be a step up in dice (d6's instead of d4's) with the same high threat range (and they are throwable, to boot)

Hobgoblin.

You'd be trying to build a powerful goblinoid army.
