Hi, a couple of us are looking for a PbP game for newbies to the PbP format, hopefully in time for the Friday start. We are both experienced PFS players, but neither of us have any experience with PbP.
Are there any GMs out there who have room in their games for a couple of players? Or are there any GMs who would be interested in taking on a game for us?
We have the following games that we all have not played, by tier:
#6-22: Out of Anarchy
#4-21: Way of the Kirin
#5-18: The Stranger Within
#6-03: The Technic Siege
#20: King Xeros of Old Azlant
#5-17: Fate of the Fiend
#6-04: Beacon Below
#6-23: The Darkest Abduction
#7-04: The Ironbound Schism
We also have many games available for the Core campaign (I haven't played any Core games, but my friend has).

Oh man, it would be an honor to have you two in a game. I hope that you two can find a GM. I'm tempted to offer to GM for you, but I'm afraid of over extending myself. I'm especially tempted by Out of Anarchy... That one would be a challenge to fit within a live game, but might work really well in PbP.
Let me think on this, and also ask some of the other GMs I know.

I'm scheduled to play Out of Anarchy one week from today but if you can organize it I'll do your game instead.
In that case I'd be playing Elay Silverhair, my level 5 Elven Eldritch Knight (who has a dire crush on Kreighton Shaine).

For Out of Anarchy I would be playing Elska, my mammut princess (hunter 2, zen archer 1) and her baby mammut Nuk.
For Ironbound Schism I have two choices:
(1) Juniper Berrythwaite—level 7
She is a halfling paladin 2, sorcerer 3, dragon disciple 2. She has a very high AC, and boosts the AC of her allies. She is mostly devoted to defense. She is one of the most well-developed character personalities I have.
(2) Professor Cosmo Berrythwaite—level 7
He is a halfling oracle (lore) 4, archivist bard 1, mysterious stranger gunslinger 1, pathfinder field agent 1.
Cosmo is a lot of fun. I designed him to be a cross between Indiana Jones and Cliff Claven. He is a know-it-all…with a whip and fedora.

Ironbound Schism would be open for my friend, Gerald too. Like you two, Gerald finds it tough to find scenarios he hasn't played in yet.
Okay... I'm considering this now. I would not be able to give you a Friday start. I'm at a convention, SkålCon, this weekend. I'm GMing there, and I'd need some time to prep the scenario before hand and figure out maps and such. Also, we'd want to recruit a few more people.
Would you guys be okay with a start date that is 7-10 days later than normal? It can still be part of the official PbP gameday. If you are cool with that, I'll step up and GM for you.

Hmm, do you want to create a new recruitment thread to generate interest in the Ironbound Schism? That way we can start getting our characters sorted out and the newbies like Nefreet and I can start playing around and figuring out how the system works.

Thanks Kludde. I better stick to one game to start off (I'm brand new to PbP), and since Hmm was kind enough to not only create a new game for us but also round up more players, I think I owe it to her to stay in that game. Thank you again, your offer is very much appreciated nonetheless. :)
