Stacking max dex on armor

Advice

hello i know this sounds power gamey, but is there any rules against making a dark leaf cloth studded leather with mithril studs? also would that equal a max dex of 9 or is that a little to nuts? Thank you.

I think the rule against it is that studded leather isn't composed of enough metal for the mithral bonus to apply. Only the darkleaf bonus would apply.

my dm already gave me the ok for mithril studded leather but i had the backup for parade armor but just i didn't want to get the really annoying role play of wearing parade armor in dungeons lol

Too little metal to be made ofmithral, too much metal for druids to use.

Oh studded, will you ever find your place?

Rouges, Bards, Kensai, especially at the low end of their careers.
