Can the combat trick talent be used to take weapon specializations at the appropriate levels?
no and no.
You don't have rogue talent at lv1 so you don't qualify for extra.
Weapon specialization is a fighter only feat, so unless you find some way to count as fighter 4 for feats you can't take it.
