Wrapping paper from target has these super handy 1 inch squares on the back, when it goes in clearance after Christmas I stick up for the year.

But when you draw a Map on it, Do you draw it so that the players can move from area to area without having to jump huge amount of squares or Do it in fluid movement in a straight shot?

I'm ... not really sure what you're asking. If the party is exploring a dungeon, I draw all the rooms connecting to one another, even if there aren't monsters in them. If the party is traveling overland or through a town and they get ambushed, I'll just draw the immediate encounter area.

The rules did say "an encounter", not multiple encounters.

The rules said "You may present a map designed for a specific encounter, or one useful for a variety of encounters."

Interpreting a variety of encounters to mean multiple encounters is perfectly within the scope of the rules.

Touché!

I had taken "a variety of encounters" to mean multiple different single encounters. Kind of like the flip-mats.

One of the (many @_@ ) flip mats I've bought is the Urban Tavern, which has 3 different taverns depicted, 2 of which are on the same side with a thick black bar dividing them. Another flip-mat example could be level 1 of the Emerald Spire, which depicts a small area at a different elevation than the rest of the map.

Regardless, I enjoyed examining and reading the descriptions of this year's entries. Thanks for all your efforts, everyone. =]

Shame on you for not buying all of them!

An Aside:
There are a couple I wouldn't blame you for not buying though...
