current PFS build. I am looking for decent dps output without being crippled in the skills department.
s14 d16 c12 i14 w10 c10
1 swashbuckler (two weapon fighting)
2 two weapon fighter (exotic prof sawtooth saber)
3 two weapon fighter (weapon focus sawtooth , slashing grace)
4 two weapon fighter (dex)
5 two weapon fighter ( weapon spec sawtooth, piranha strike
6 two weapon fighter
7 two weapon fighter (dodge , improved two weapon fighting)
8 two weapon fighter dex
9 two weapon fighter (mobility, spring attack)
10 two weapon fighter
11 two weapon fighter (swift kitsune shapechanger, vulpine pounce
12 two weapon fighter dex
13 two weapon fighter (greater two weapon fighting, circling mongoose)
So my questions are.
1 Any suggestions for changes?
2 is circling mongoose and vulpine pounce worth it?
3 should I try going for combat expert and disarm instead of circling mongoose?
4 are there any feat chains I should chase instead?

I have never had a heck of a lot of luck making 2 weapon fighting really work well. Usually you move up, you hit something, the party hits it, and you have to move again. You're spending feats to occasionally be almost as good as the guy swinging one really big weapon.
PFS is crawling with DR. Multiple small attacks have trouble with that.
You have to split your cash on two weapons instead of 1.

Man thats kinda sad. I like the idea of the two weapon fighter but, I feel your right. PFS seems to only want things that bash everythings face in with min maxed glory.

Plus, the changes to Slashing Grace make it specifically not work with two weapon fighting anymore. So you'd need to make each weapon Agile to keep dex to damage.

You might want to change your swashbuckler level to three levels of Unchained Rogue. It will let you use TWF with Dex to damage. Also, drop the sawtooth sabers. It's not usable with Piranha Strike. You are really best off with daggers, using the river rat trait for an extra point of static damage, and the deific obedience for Pharasma to offset the TWF penalty.

ouch that REALLY negates my build quite a bit. I may have to try with slayer or unchained rogue.

Why isn't piranha strike usable with sawtooth saber???

Because piranha strike is light weapons only. Sawtooth saber isn't a light weapon, it's only treated as one for two weapon fighting penalties.
