I almost included a matador archetype in this PDF, but then I realized a matador is just a normal swashbuckler with the Dueling Cape feat. That build does literally everything a matador does, no archetype required.

I think he meant a "Bull Fighter" as in a minotaur with levels in Fighter.

I'm personally hoping for a spellcaster archetype that embraces the "labyrinth" aspect of the mythology somehow. Not sure what it'd look like though.

I have a copy and they give rules for how to do a minotaur version of the corrida and a kind of ritual execution called encierro, the latter of which is basically a 'Running of the Bulls' with weapon-toting minotaurs replacing the bulls.
