So, another death has forced me to put together a new PC.
This time, I am allowed to make an Android PC.
So, I wanted to make A Barbarian or Bloodrager Android.
Let's go over the parameters!
1) The Empathy feat is required.
2) All Paizo books allowed, and the feat
Deadly Agility
You have learned how to use your agility to greater purpose in battle.
Prerequisites: Weapon Finesse, base attack bonus +1
Benefit: You may add your Dexterity modifier in place of your
Strength modifier when wielding a light weapon or a weapon that
gains the benefits of the Weapon Finesse feat (such as the Rapier)
when determining additional damage inflicted upon a successful
attack. This modifier to damage is not increased for two-handed
weapons, but is not reduced for off-hand weapons.
Normal: When using a melee
3) 15 Point Buy.
4) Starting 7th level.
5) Starting gold is 2000gp.
6) Weapon Finesse is available as a trait.
7) Prefer Barbarian, Bloodrager, or Unchained Barbarian.
Thoughts?

15?! Damn, that is painful since you have to buy extra cha to qualify for the feat.
I suppose this point buy works (post racials):
STR: 16 DEX: 13 CON: 13 INT: 9 WIS: 8 CHA: 13
Note how I had to dump int and wis. You could possibly dump dex, but your AC is pretty already. These stats generally work for most barbarians and bloodragers.
You could also do a dex build with urban barbarian... but barbarian is not well built to support that. No bonus feats to ease things like slashing grace, and most of your damage bonuses are in the form of stat bonuses (which do not carry well).
I suppose if you take 3 levels of unchained rogue and grab a nice 2 hander, you could do well?
Still...sure you don't want your barbarian to be a "a thief, a reaver, a slayer, with gigantic melancholies and gigantic mirth"

As a TWFer, Unchained Barbarian would be best for you. No STR or CON bonuses, but Deadly Agility, TWF, and Unchained rage will work wonders together. You'll be very dependent on standing still to hurt people a lot, but you'll be very, very bursty. With this, you actually might be able to drop STR. Piranha Strike is a must. Depending on your GM, Unchained Barbarian rage might slip past the Android filter. It's not a morale bonus, though it arguably is an emotion-based effect. If you can flavor it as an android "glitch" or "Schwarzenegger program" that isn't emotion-based, maybe. If not, you could always pay to pick up the feat. If you can drop CHA, by all means do so. Invulnerable Rager is an option and probably the best option, as always. Adding Superstitious would make for an interesting flavor, too.

Now, with the way stats are, Dex seems a way to go, but that doesn't work as well for Bloodrager.
It could work for Urban Barbarian, or Savage Technologist, but there is a strict no-gun policy.
Unchained Barbarian seems like it might work, but I have no experience with it.
Now, there is also some other class archetypes that gain Rage, but none that I can see working, unless someone can show me otherwise.

1) The Empathy feat is required.
As far as I can read, the Unchained Barbarian's Rage is no longer a morale bonus, and thus does not require the Empathy feat. That being said, it might be a good idea if there is a Bard or other buffer in the party. Does anyone know about the morale bonus for sure?

UC Barb would work. I think it's worth it, you save a lot on stats, although your two handed damage is a little bit lower and you are missing some good rage powers.
Though with high DEX, the wording of Deadly Agility, and Unchained rage, you might do well. Consider that Deadly Agility is the Agile weapon property and Double Slice combined into one. It doesn't get you Double Slice for prereqs, but it's not all that bad. Unchained rage doesn't halve for offhand attacks, which is good.
As I pointed out earlier, your GM might say that Unchained rage is an emotion-based effect, which can still get blocked by the Androidness. Clear this up first and everything else will become simpler.

I cannot help but notice that is weird that androids are allowed but guns banned
While they are both 'high tech', you must admit there are VERY different connotations between them.
Androids have, to some extent or another, roots far into ancient mythology. The 'artificial' man. Whether made of clay, wood, stone, gears, or even ginerbread, there have been many, many takes on the concept from greek, hebrew, and many more cultures have legends on crafted servants that follow orders (or not, at times, of course).
Even without Numeria as part of the setting, it is not hard to imagine a mad construct maker that wanted to perfect his craft in order to make it an artform that perfectly mimics the human form.
And with a human form, they are either limited to the same means of combat used by humans (swords and sorcery... or guns if they exist), or they take on more monstrous forms and they are little different from other monsters.
Guns, meanwhile, carry much more modern connotations, and they are seen as the death of the very era of swords and armor that we try to capture with this game. While there is more to it than that (crossbows were already arming the common man in order to pierce plate armor long before guns became standard), and this game can very wellfind ways to work with the flavor (the trope of the 'cowboy' largely derives its roots from traditions stemming from knights errants and continued to swashbucklers, with slight variations on tone and methods due to changing societies)... it is understandable that some people find putting them together disconcerting.
Also, Paizo's gun rules are a strong flavor in and of themselves. There is a reason why paizo released bolt ace, which has most of the same rules, only without the touch AC and failure chance. It was "we like the class, but a lot of people ban guns".

I don't even ask about the guns.
I would much rather have at least half the starting gold of a PC that level, or a higher point buy to compensate.
There has been quite a bit of PC death.
Oh, and not really relevant, but full casters are banned.
The reason I mentioned Natural Attack, is because I might to be able to get an Amulet of Mighty Fists, through certain finagling, but I can't even afford a single +1 weapon.
With Natural Attacks, I can nab something like the Penetrating Bite Rage Power, and/or Celestial Blood Rage Powers.
I am just trying to work with what I got.

Str 8 (-2)
Dex 17 (7) +1 (lvl 8), +2 (lvl 12), +3 (lvl 16)
Con 14 (5)
Int 9 (-4)
Wis 12 (2)
Cha 13 (7) [+1 (lvl 4)]
--------
Traits) Weapon Finesse, Omen
Weapons: Wakizashi x2
Lvl 1) Unchained Barb 1: TWF
Lvl 2) Barb 2: Lesser Beast Totem
Lvl 3) Barb 3: Skill Focus[Knowledge(Engineering)]
Lvl 4) Barb 4: Superstition
Lvl 5) Barb 5: Eldritch Heritage(Nanite)
Lvl 6) Barb 6: Accurate Stance
Lvl 7) Barb 7: ITWF
The Nanite heritage ability lets you coat your weapon in nanites which, at level 7 (virtual Sorc lvl 5), lets that weapon count as magic vs DR. The poison effect is just gravy. You'll be able to use it for 5 rounds/day with 14 Cha to start. Of course, you're aiming to get GBT for Pounce and Lethal Accuracy for +1 to crit multiplier, which, along with Improved Critical(Wakizashi), gives you a pair of 15-20/x3 weapons at lvl 17. Hide armor might be best to start with and trade it out for something better when the cash and dexterity start rolling in.

Oh shoot, I was thinking Waki's were martial. I meant Kukri. Regarding Omen, I just like the trait and I couldn't think of a better one. I like having a quick intimidate available that doesn't interfere with other things I might want to use the round for. Regarding Claws, I see them more of as a backup weapon than anything else; the same as a Barb with a Greatsword (or any other weapon, really) might treat them. It's GBT that you're really going for and LBT is just a stepping stone.
| Kazaan |
Ooh, yes, that's a much better one. I didn't even know about that one. So you'll have a pair of Kukri, TWF, you'll be able to make a weapon work vs DR/magic a few times/day before you get a proper magic weapon, you'll be on the path for both Pounce and a very nice Crit setup, and you can "sleep" for 2 hours to get a Rage refill. Not bad.
