NPC Generator

Hello All,

Does anyone happen to know where I can find an NPC Generator that will populate stats, skills and a decent background for the character, I would like to have NPCs that have a personality and background that I can work with, I have been looking around most of the day and can't seem to find anything. I find some that do skills and stats, but no backgrounds and others the other way... I'd really hate to use two tools! Boo.

Any Advice?

I haven't found anything that does both either. I've just settled for using two that I like.

Donjon generator is good for the basics regarding stats, appearance & usually one quirk or a small bit of backstory. But you do still have to flesh out the skills.

Not a lot of variety, though, plenty of back stories.
