The Order History summary on my account page says I have two pending orders, but I only see one in there — #3651469. I do have some stuff in my sidecart. Is that the other "pending order"?

Order 3651469 is split up into a "parent" and "child" order. The "parent" order is order 3651469, which as the Shadowed Keep on the Borderlands Print/PDF bundle, and the the "child" order contains the physical copy of that which needs to ship. The system see is a two orders, but it's all part of the order for the same items.
It looks like the physical copy of that book is in an order to ship by itself. Did you want it that way, or should we move it to your sidecart to ship with a subscription order?
