1: Can the RC channel spirits from locations as normal or can he ONLY channel through the relics? And if he can channel from locations, are they still limited to the same spirits as his relics?

2: Could an RC create extra relics with different spirits? I suspect not but seems a bit unclear to me since they can recreate a relic if it's destroyed.
