Another Interesting Conundrum: Effortless Lace + Impact

Is this a possibility? Or am I just being overzealous?

My confusion, specifically:

Applying Effortless Lace to a one-handed weapon essentially makes it a light weapon for the sake of qualifying for things that require light weapon use such as Weapon Finesse and others.

BUT, does that DISqualify it from being enchanted with Impact?

It doesn't actually change the weapon, it only allows a wielder to treat it like it's lighter for the listed purposes, not for every purpose.

Impact should be good to go.

Edit: I realize my point may not be clear enough.
It says "can be used ... with light weapons", it doesn't mention anything about restricting abilities that "can't be used with light weapons" (and this is ignoring that the weapon itself hasn't changed category anyway).
