4th character for Emerald Spire

Advice

We have a Witch, an Evangelist Cleric and a Bloodrager. What would you run for the 4th player?

Sovereign Court

A fighter (Eldritch guardian/Mutation warrior/martial master), all 3 archetypes stack, grab a greatsword and power attack.

Mesmerist/Beguiler (Beguiler Conversion found here http://bit.ly/pathfinderbeguiler) with Spell Focus and Greater Spell Focus (Enchantment).

focusing on enchantment with a witch already in the party?

Assuming that the witch is focusing on enchantment and possibly buff/debuff, and the bloodrager on melee dpr/possibly tanking. It partially depends on what the cleric is doing. For the sake of argument I'll just assume healbot.

With that I notice a lack of a ranged focused character. I'd suggest a number of things. (In no particular order)
Ranger
Fighter
Alchemist
Gunslinger
Wizard
Arcane trickster (either ninja/sorc or rogue/wizard)
Paladin
Slayer (specifically Stygian slayer)
Hunter
Druid
Etc...
Really anything that can focus decently on ranged attacks

The cleric is a summoner/buffer, we don't force anyone to heal and especially with the witch and cleric summoning there should be plenty of stuff in the way to soak damage. I've been considering some stuff along the lines of a gunslinger or archer, but conjurer wizard is also in the mix.

Then I would personally go with rogue/wizard arcane trickster.
Good skills, good spells, can disable magical traps, and is decent at ranged. Oh, and if you're allowed to go unchained rogue, even better.

Or if you're looking for more mundane, then ranger, fighter, or gunslinger.

Alternatively Arcane archer, but I'm not quite as familiar with that as trickster.

any link to a good arcane trickster build?

It's a tad complicated at times, I'll warn you of that.

This one

And this one

They disagree on some points, and I believe I agree more with the first, but the second brings up valid points. And it's important to note that it may not be for you, it's just what I would play in that circumstance.

Edit: Sorry, those are guides, not builds.

I don't have any builds on hand that I could suggest, though you may be able to find some somewhere.

Liberty's Edge

Investigator - you'll want someone who is good at disabling traps.

The trapfinding trait was opened up to the party, the cleric has it. Also the AT doesnt seem to come into his own until later levels. Emeral Spire ends at 13th at most. I'd hate to spend the whole campaign sucking only to just get good enough on the last levels

Oh, I apologize. It was described to me as getting much higher. Admittedly my group did not make it past the first floor. We barely managed to survive between all the bumbling of one player (triggering every encounter on one half of the floor at once), and my characters awfulness of being an oracle that punched things.

You already have a complete team with the three characters in the party so your best bet would be a utility character who can do a bit of everything. I think an Archaeologist Bard (focused on archery) would be a good fit for this group.

You don't need someone who is good at disabling traps for Emerald Spire. Honestly, just make whatever character you want at this point.

I don't see a strong non INT skill based character or a strong ranged component. Therefore I think a switch hitter ranger is solid. Failing that an inquisitor with bane makes for an excellent hammer on top of skills. Finally a barbarian would be good to have because of their ability to handle spellcasters with their saves and disruptive like rage powers.

Halflings mounted giant gecko beastmaster ranger. Buy a gecko for 150gp war trained and never have issues going anywhere.

Good amount of skills too.

Another choice is a 1 inspired blade swash/ X Emp Investigator. A true master of skills and Dex based. Not as boring as a rogue and does pretty good damage when built right. Plus alchemy is awesome.

You don't need range
You don't need trap finder
Mounts just get in the way
Throw in another melee type

Grand Lodge

Geckos do not get in the way. Most people get salty with mounts until they meet Stickfoot the amazing and terrifying!
