I deleted the old/incorrect address from my information on my account, but I use a Mac and am unable to purchase anything from you right now as the window on both OS X Safari and Chrome cut off after the 'country' selection when I add a new billing address on the credit-card add window... makes it hard to pay for your products!

I fought with it for a little bit, using tabbing and selecting multiple areas of the screen and hitting enter, and closing it a few times and seems to have accepted my info. FYI I really suggest getting this fixed so future mac / iOS users don't have the same problem. There are really quite a few iOS users, and a lot more Mac, in the past years since the iPhone became popular...

I'm sorry for any confusion or frustration with this. That screen can have some issues with some browsers if they compatibility mode turned on. At this time, we recommend that people turn compatibility mode off (or use a browser that has an option to turn it off) and try again.
If that doesn't work, people are welcome to email us their address(es) and we can enter them from our side of the system.
To confirm, it does look like your's is good now.

Still a problem in 2017. I'm trying to buy a pdf and it won't let me because I deleted my incorrect shipping address and it won't let me add a new one! Ridiculous.

Sorry to hear that! It had been fixed for awhile, but seems to be popping up an issue again.
Did you try a different browser or try turning off compatibility mode?
If those don't work, we can also enter the billing address on our side. Our email address is customer.service@paizo.com.
