Ranged Touch Attack

Is there a way to have my Ranged Touch Attack roll on Wisdom/Charisma/Intelligence rather than Strength?

Ranged touch attack is dexterity, if that isn't any better i think there's a feat that makes it INT

I think Dannorn's feat is Focused Shot, which adds Int to damage only. I don't think there's a direct means of doing this; a paladin could use smite to add Cha to attacks as well as Dex (not instead of) which is the closest I can think of.

Don't Zen Archers get to add their Wis mods to Attack rolls? Not usually touch attacks, but that's something.

You can always cast True Strike and then shoot your arrows, also not a touch attack, but with a +20, who cares?
