Faction Prestige Awards from the Field Guide

Can you still get faction prestige awards found in the Field Guide?

In particular I'm wondering about a new character of mine that is in The Exchange faction. Since he is in a faction that did not exist befor, does he not have access to faction prestige awards? Since the Exchange is a combination of the Quidira faction and the Sczarni faction does he have access to those factions prestige awards? Are there new faction prestige awards for the Exchange that I am not aware of? I've only just recently read through the Field Guide and the Primer and realized all the cool things that can be done with prestige points.

He can purchase the Qadiran ones, but not the Sczarni ones.

There is a convention boon for the Sczarni ones.

IIRC that boon requires you to have earned 6 prestige as an actual Sczarni faction member.

I haven't read the text of it, but if it's like the Shadow Lodge one, that is correct.
