I'm sure the answers buried in here somewhere but I can't find it. As far as we can tell from the rules you can only craft one potion per day even if it's a level 1. Most of the players at that table argue that makes crafting potions not cost effective but the GM won't budge on this. My roommate thinks there's a feat that will let you brew two potions at once but we can't find it. Is there such a thing? Thanks!

Regardless of the time needed for construction, a caster can create no more than one magic item per day.
Get a familiar with the valet archetype. They have the same crafting feats as well as cooperative crafting. You can craft twice as fast with them, or have them craft low-level stuff on their own. So together you could eke out 2 potions a day.

GM is irrational to not allow multiple scrolls/potions crafted per day in my opinion
Ask him why he would be rigid on that topic. It's a rather poor feat even with the ability to craft multiple per day, and even worse without that ability.
Is he somewhat new or inexperienced? Make sure that he's aware that a wand of FIFTY uses can be crafted in a day (and at less than one third the price per use)

Dude, the rules are explicit. One potion per day. Don't call him inexperienced just because he follows the rules, even if you happen to disagree with those rules.
The crafting feats aren't designed to make the PCs rich.
I didn't call him inexperienced, I only asked. I'm not saying that crating feats are designed to make PCs rich, but rather that brew potion is particularly weak compared to every other item crafting feat and it's limitation of one potion per day doesn't help.
Scribe scrolls is a bit weak as well, but at least the spells are half the price, and can be any spell rather than just 3rd level non-self spells.
Other item creation feats provide large and/or efficient bonuses to PCs, such as much cheaper spell use (wands), or powerful magic items that are worth far more than any potion crafter will typically even approach in value even with unrestricted potions per day. The crafter of a potion still needs to pay an inefficient amount of gold for the spell and has to expend the spell for each potion, which itself are significant limitations.
For balance sake, it makes sense to help weak things like brew potion, and hinder strong things like craft wondrous item. It's not part of the rules, but I wouldn't allow a single player to craft all the items for their party since it's too strong. Brew potion is not like that however.

You called him irrational so its not much better, and what is rational is often subjective. I understand that you dont like the rule. I think staves are overpriced also, but I would not call someone irrational for following the pricing rules on them.
You don't let one person craft everyone's magic items because you feel its too strong. I really dont see why not. I have never had a problem with it. <---More evidence that what makes sense is subjective.
