Can a Mystic Theurge cast the same spell from two seperate spell lists? Like using Mass Bull's Strength from the Wizard and the Cleric's spell list
And would Bull's strength stack with another use of the same spell?

Yes, he can cast the same spell from both lists simultaneously.

No, they won't stack. Bull's Strength is an enhancement bonus and they don't stack unless they specifically say that they do. (For example, the Magus' Arcane Pool.)
