Arcanist - School Understanding Exploit

If a arcanist takes the School Understanding Exploit, does the arcanist get access to that's school spells?

Even if those spells are not on the wizards spell list?

At moment, I'm saying no but double checking here.

Example: Void school gets access to the cleric's can trip - Guidance. Guidance is not on the wizards spell list

I dont see anything that indicates that he does. But at least the School savant properly does.

They do not, only a first level power is granted (limited to 3 + Cha modifier / day, so Forewarned doesn't really work).
