Bloodrager and Destined Bloodline

Since Leadership is not allowed in PFS, what feat replaces it in the bonus feat section for the Bloodrager Destined Bloodline?

(Did not see a mention of it in the March 27th Additional resources update)

Nothing. You have enough options to pick around it.

To explain further, this is not a required feat choice for that bloodline. It's one of a list you can choose, and so it just gets deleted from the list.

If it was a bonus feat you got at a certain level, then it would need a replacement.
