Help my concept become reality?

Advice

Ok, I'm very inexperienced with the roleplaying world. I want to play a Kitsune ninja that is a disguise based assassin who impersonates people's appearance in order to frame or to simply elude suspicion.

He has to be very charismatic as I am going to play him as someone who likes to be the center of attention and extremely friendly in public so that others have no clue as to his darker nature.

Ninja, the class, or Ninja, the concept?

Kinda both but I'm open to all feedback and I will look into more depth as I acquire guidance

Street Performer Bard is all this.

You gain a bonus equal to half your level on Bluff, Disguise, Knowledge (local), and Sleight of Hand checks, Diplomacy or Intimidate checks made to influence crowds, and Diplomacy checks to gather information (minimum +1).

You can also take 10 on any Bluff, or Disguise check, even when you would otherwise not be able to, and take 20 on a Bluff or Disguise check once per day.

You can become invisible, and have access to Glibness, the biggest buff to Bluff there is.

Carry a couple of Kunai, and a Shortsword flavored as a Ninjatō(mechanically identical), and be a master ninja assassin.

Don't let silly things, like the name of a class fool you.

I'll look into it. Could you maybe outline a build progression to help me understand the class and how it works? I've only played a oracle and barbarian previously so I'm not sure how to use him combat wise and or feats to make this concept. It's on a 15 pt buy and he is kitsune not human.

Have you checked in with the DM about the type of campaign? This is a character that would probably be a lot of fun in an urban intrigue game, but maybe not as much in a dungeon crawl/wilderness exploration.

I've talked to him about the fact that we want a balanced campaign. I do want him to be decent with combat though so that's my only concern having not played anything but a oradin and a barbarian. I haven't had much time to look into things but I have a vacation day scheduled for tomorrow so I'll have some free time on my hands then.

I'm currently playing a Ninja/Swashbuckler Kitsune with the Fast Shifter race trait and Realistic Likeness feat.

As a move action, turn into anyone you have seen as with a +10 bonus on Disguise.

20pt buy:
Str 10(12), Dex 18(16, 20 with +2 belt) Con 14 Int 10 Wis 10 Cha 16(14)

At level 4 I have Ninja 1/Swashbuckler 4 (planning on Swashbuckler 5/Ninja 7 for PFS), at +10 doing d8+9 (18-20x2). Weapon Focus(katana), Slashing Grace, Combat Reflexes, Realistic Likeness feats.

I have a +21 to impersonate someone I have seen with disguise, so a base 31 just taking 10.
I have Sleeves of Many Garments, to make sure my clothes are exactly what I need, (200g), and a +19 acrobatics to tumble around an enemy to get the flank for my sneak attack(1.5x800g for 1200g added to the Belt of Dex to get the benefit of Belt of Tumbling as well). Mithril Chain shirt and Darkwood Buckler gets him to AC 21, start adding AC from there pretty easy for fairly cheap.
You can later get Elven Chain for 5150 g, +6 armor with +6 max dex if you need it that is always light armor.

He's charismatic, has plenty of skills to have some social and knowledges, and makes a decent face character as well as doing decent damage.

TGM I may <3 you after I look into to more details to understand the options. Unfortunately I"ll be on a 15 point buy which scares me bc I don't wanna be useless at fighting but I want to have the wit and ability to be that master of disguise assassin.

Bard or Swashbuckler are good choices.

Sovereign Court

There is an investigator archetype (can't remember at the moment what it is called) that is all about disguises etc.

Grand Lodge

Infiltrator Investigator.

Just a note, this would be a custom magic item and thus illegal in PFS.

He didn't specify PFS, if that is the case get the belt of tumbling for 800g and consider the money well spent to tumble around until level 4-5 when you get the dex belt. you can sell it back for half at that point, and I bet the extra +4 to get around in combat will save you almost that much in healing.

My apologies, I thought you were saying your PFS character had the item. Reading miscomprehension.

I was looking into the infiltrator but I do want the ninja abilities like vanishing strike and stuff. I want to be able to disguise as a side thing not necessarily the main focal point. Just an option when necessary considering there will most likely be more combat than espionage
