Spellcaster for an evil campaign?

Advice

My scores, rolled in order, are 8, 9, 9, 13, 15, 15, and I've decided to take advantage of this by taking aasimar as a race, so Wisdom and Charisma become 17.
I'm unsure on class, as obviously I'm being the face and spellcaster, I'm just not sure the best and most fun class for that. This is an evil campaign, and will involve a lot of subterfuge and political trickery, so a non-blasty spellcaster will be appropriate.

My thoughts were:
Abyssal sorcerer
Dark Tapestry oracle (which could be so cool)
Lore shaman

Not a cleric, because I want to do stuff other than spells, but my character idea was to be a member of an apocalyptic cult, who wishes to destroy as much of the world as possible before the coming of his dark god.
Background I was thinking that he was always rejected because of his weak body and the unfair expectations aasimars have put upon them. So he turned bitter and hateful blablabla evil. If I was an oracle I'd take the lame curse, to augment the crippled nature of his body.

So yeah, any class ideas and build ideas are very much welcome! Cheers!

One of the most fun characters I've ever played was an evil Enchanter. Manipulating everyone, other players included. Making dark deals to access more power, double crossing enemies allies mentors and anybody that got in my way, tracking down new spells to enhance my already terrible magical arsenal.

You might be able to have similar effect with a Sorcerer, but you'll miss out on the constant hunt for power in the form of tracking down new spells.

Sorceror or Oracle look like good choices to me. Abyssal sorceror gets strength boosts and bonus strength which does not look like the best fit for your stats to me, Infernal Sorceror has the same feel to it but gives bonus to charm spells and other bonus's which may be more sueful than DR for summoned creatures

There's also the impossible bloodline for sorcerer (not very apocalyptic perhaps, but funny) and third party boasts an outer realms line. Aberrant would be another themey thing to look at. Other than that it does seem oracle fits the description most.

Scarab Sages

A Bard would be a shoe-in for the type of campaign you're describing - although, yes, so would a Sorcerer. To the latter end, other Bloodlines particularly worth considering would be Maestro, Div, and Rakshasa - all great for an aspiring wicked vizier!

Why no cleric? they can do things other than cast spells, especially with the right domains. Normally I'd recommend a bad touch sorcerer, but you just don't have the stats. If you go oracle go dual cursed, really good stuff.

Oof, tough stats. My personal recommendation would be to go the Nature/Lunar Oracle+Noble Scion (War) route. I don't think you're going to be able to do anything other than cast with that array, unfortunately.
