In the same way that once per day is 1/5 What's the Calculation for once per week and once per month items?
In theory, it's 1/5/7 or 1/5/30; meaning x(.0285) or x(.00666)
However, in practice, it's not so cut-and-dry. You can end up getting ridiculously powerful items for extremely cheap that way.
Instead, the Magic Item Creation rules already suggest subtracting up to 30% from an Item if it has a major restriction to it. 1/Week is a pretty hefty restriction.
Other than that, it's really a fiat thing - just decide what gp amount "feels" fair for that. The hard calculations work well only up to a point - when you start doing nutso things like 1/week shenanigans, then the system starts to act funky.

Often times, when I create things like this, I just flat-out ignore the "x2 if not in an appropriate Slot" variable.
So, in my case, I'd say MAYBE cut final price in half? -50% negates the x2 variable, so if it IS an Item that's in an appropriate Slot for what the magic item is doing, then it seems fair to just straight out halve the price instead.

Covered by the second post! DANG it, chbgraphicscarts*! How am I supposed to pontificate at length providing links no one is going to follow, if you ninja me so thoroughly!?
* Incidentally, this marks the first time I've noticed that it's chbgraphicscarts, and not chbgraphicscharts! I still have no idea what it actually means, but now I've even less of what it might mean!

It's CHB Graphic Arts, just all one word.
