Size adjustment for the new damage types from the Technology Guide?!

Rules Questions

The Technology Guide introduces many new weapons... some of which have new (unique) values for Medium size damage...

For example, a Chainsaw does 3d6 damage (medium) and 1d12 damage if small... But what about Large, Fine, diminutive or (insert other sizes here) ?? (The 'Enlarge person' spell comes to mind...)

Is there a table somewhere which covers ALL of these new damage die?

I am hoping this important information was NOT overlooked by the authors...

THANKS!

Interesting... But that FAQ entry does not seem to be followed by the Chainsaw:

If the size decreases by one step, look up the original damage on the chart and decrease the damage by two steps. If the initial size is Medium or lower (or is treated as Medium or lower) or the initial damage is 1d8 or less, instead decrease the damage by one step.

So according to this rule, the initial damage of a medium Chainsaw (3d6) would then be 2d8 when small.

Yet that item is listed at 1d12 for the small damage... :(

What am I missing?

Thanks!!!

Because it took years to make that FAQ to have it fit the majority of stuff and result in something that the dev team considered functional. I would ignore this incongruity.

I would use the FAQ size list instead of what is in the tech book.
