Would the Martial Manuscript trait apply to the bow of a ZAM? I would tend to think so, due to the wording of the trait:
Ultimate Campaign wrote:
You either carry or have memorized a sacred text from your school, temple, or monastery, and its wisdom gives you insight that makes your attacks more devastating.
Benefit: You gain a +2 trait bonus on rolls to confirm critical hits when you're using an unarmed strike or monk weapon.
Thanks in advance!

Wasn't sure, since they get proficiency in addition to monk weapons, plus they can FoB with them like with monk weapons (besides the comment above).
Could probably house-rule it, given the way it's worded in the trait description, but there's enough other worthwhile traits available I doubt I'll bother.
Thanks!

If you had Crusader's Flurry, then this Trait would work with it.
Your weapon is then actually treated as a Monk weapon.

Well, if I house-rule it as working with the ZAM's bow, it would definitely be a better option than the Anatomist trait.
Then the decision becomes whether to take Martial Manuscript or Killer (add weapon's crit modifier to damage total on a successful crit) - I've read some opinions that bonuses to confirm crits are less important to a ZAM due to Perfect Strike, and so Killer is the better option. I'm just not sure I agree with that - getting the extra D20 is nice, but there's no guarantee you'll hit, making the +3 to damage irrelevant.
