Business is going swell

The Exchange

The Exchange

Dear family, friends, business partners and associates.

Business is going swell. Not only have I recently aquired a large batch of fresh livestock from the Mwangi expanse, also I have found the Society to be extremely profitable on the artifact market. And I haven't even started on that amazing tribe I assimilated into my business last year on behalf of the Society!

So tell me, dearest cousins, friends and associates. Did you have any good fortune lately, or any good new sources of sentient meats to proquire?

Sincerely,

Your ever faithful cousin,

Ed Steepstepper

The Exchange

"I am most certainly not your cousin dwarf, I have been successful in brokering some deals, but have been mostly spending time to myself recently. There has not been enough contact with other peop ... elves for my liking."
A small dragon head pokes out over the elf's shoulder. It turns to address the elf.
"Hey, you really need to work on being nicer to people if you want there business. If you don't, I will stop helping you make business deals. You know I was instrumental in your last successful brokering, as I have a much better way with people than you do."
The elf frowns and replies.
"Riddywipple you are of course a valued partner, but you know my distaste for dealing with non elves, that is why I generally let you do the talking most of the time."

The Exchange

A somber elf walks forward bedecked in the garb of a bowman, except for the radiant sword over his shoulder. The sword speaks..

Greetings from Silvanus Talimah the ogre bane. I have been contracted to speak by Silver for all non elven communications. He bids you health wealth and speedy payments of debts.

Our last port of call were the wilds of Hook mountain, where numerous beasts and monsters vile fell to the overwhelming skill of the Pathfinders.

Silver looks more pleased to see Tahlmah and raises hos empty hand. In the elven dielect states, "Peace and joy to you. I am pleased to see another member of the people here in Absolom. Our kin grow too slowly near to the Tanglebriar. So, I have ventured far to gather knowledge, magic, and skill to quell our foes. You may find more people within the western periphary of the city."

The Exchange

Silver glances to the dragon, I see you employ a similar device in your communications. I commend you on an excellent choice.

The Exchange

A slender man standing about 5'7" with a head full of silvery white hair and sapphire blue eyes and dressed in a mithril chain shirt, and black clothing with white trim, and a black cape with half a face in white in back with a single finely crafted scimitar on his belt speaks up.

Hello I'm Mish'al ibn Saif and this is my brother Adham. While neither of us consider ourselves to be business men, in fact we make our extra picket money perform intricate dances with carved swords and dueling each other, but we have been able to strike up some interesting conversations on the road and send some business to the Trade Prince. Most recently, we found ourselves close to our boyhood home in Qadira, where we made the acquaintance of a very nice, though somewhat aloof, slag giant. By promising him connections to the Prince for crafting materials, I believe we have set up quite the network for some extremely finely forged weaponry to be imported.

Adham's clothing is the mirror image of Mish'al's including the cloak (white with a black half of a face) which together seems to make a full face. Adham however has a full head of jet black hair, red eyes, and small but noticeable horns. He is also slender and stands the same height as his brother.

Knowledge Planes DC 13:
Adham is an Azata blooded Aasimar, while Mish'al is a Div-Spawn Tiefling

Knowledge Religion DC 10:
Together the two faces on the cloaks make the symbol of Nethys, though neither brother seems to have much magical talent (they are actually both swashbucklers)

Linguistics DC 13:
Both of their names seem to refer in someway to their upbringing and appearance ibn Saif (from the Kelish (or really Arabic)) meaning son of the Sword, and Adham being dark or black, while Mish'al means light or lightsource (all translations are rough approximations)
