I suggest adding the Eschew Materials feat to the pre-requisites for the class.

One thing that I'm wondering: you list them as getting 1 level of an ARCANE spellcasting class at level 1, then just a spellcasting class at level 2 and beyond. Is there a reason for that or is it a typo?
I like the idea of being able to pull ANY mundane item from his backpack so long as it fits... "Oh, we need a bucket? I JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE ONE!" "Oh, dear, the poor child broke his banjo? Here, have a MINIATURE PIANO INSTEAD!" "I raise your sword with a combat shovel."
One question: can the weapons he yanks out of his bag be made of special materials?
This is a very flavorful class. I'll playtest it as an NPC, I think, and see how that works.
And yes I know this is an April Fools joke. I don't care. I WANT TO TRY THIS.

@Inlaa: Yeah that was a typo, it's fixed now. And no the weapon they pull out is just normal iron, or whatever would be proper for the setting
