First off I am looking for a PFS ruling here.
Alright so a half elf counts as both a human and an elf yes? So can a half elf take elf or human racial archetypes?
Next, I understand that most weapons that fall under the jurisdiction of weapon finesse either gain no effect from being wielded in two hands (light weapons) or cannot be wielded two handed (rapier), but what about the elven curve blade or dueling sword? Can these weapons benefit from both weapon finesse and being wielded in two hands at the same time?
Thx in advance. :)

1) Yes. Half-Elves can be Ancient Lorekeeper Oracles and what not.
2) Well, the Elven Curve Blade has to be 2-handed and gets the benefits of weapon finesse regardless, so yes. Quick side note, it's not that you get no benefit from 2-handing a light weapon, it is that you cannot 2-hand a light weapon, period.

Yes. Also, feel free to take advantage of power attack while you weapon finesse those 2-handed weapons.

Thx for the info! This should prove most helpful. I suppose this means half orcs can take human archetypes, but what about Orc? I'm unsure of what archetypes there are for orcs but it'd be some good food for thought.
Yep, same deal. The two premiere Orc archetypes are the Dirty Fighter and the Scarred Witch Doctor.

Yes. Half-elves count as humans and elves. You get the benefits of both, but there are drawbacks (eg, you're vulnerable to both elf-bane and human-bane weapons.)
2. Yes, for two of the non-light Finesse weapons and possibly a third:
-Elven Curve Blade: Yes (is two-handed)
-Spiked Chain: Yes (is two handed)
-Whip: No (per Ultimate Equipment. Yes, if playing CRB-only.)
-Rapier: No (per CRB; the weapon's design prevents two-handed use.)

Please note that while this is true by the general rules, PFS does have its own house rules for what items are available to use from the rules.
Note: Alternate racial traits, racial archetypes, racial evolutions, racial feats, and racial spells are only available for characters of the associated race. Racial equipment and magic items can be purchased and used by any race as long as the specific item permits it (for example, only halflings can purchase and use solidsmoke pipeweed).
If you are not actually an elf or an orc or whatever other race in the book, you can not take the race specific archetypes in PFS.
