Mythic Monsters Colossal is what is best in life.

We will also be continuing our ongoing Mythic Minis series through GenCon, though at that point we'll have to decide if it will continue. We have an awful lot of regular product coming through, so we'll examine whether mini-sized weekly products are still the best use of our resources.

We do have another mini-scale project coming up related to Ultimate Relationships and Imperial Relationships, with single-character write-ups for notable NPCs in Adventure Paths, which we hope to get going sometime in May, but it's still a bit up in the air so more information will be forthcoming on that as we go along.

I'm curious as to what Royal Tournaments is... Any chance of the elevator pitch?

Royal Tournaments is a long-delayed product that was actually one of the early things we had planned for the Kingdom-Building AP, but for one reason or another it kept getting sliding back in the priority list. It's been sitting 2/3 done for ages.

It's a product that (as the name suggests) is all about tournaments and festivals, with a variety of fantastic tournament contests and events and things to do to earn renown in a tournament setting.

Royal Tournaments, yes! Thanks for asking on that Chemlak.

I am also eyeballing Ultimate Prestige, would that happen to go hand in hand with Royal Tournaments?

As a kingdom-building superfan, I now have more questions!

Ah, the sweet, sweet tears of Jason Nelson... It makes my day...

Is Royal Tournaments tied specifically to the kingdom building AP rules, or the Ultimate Campaign rules?
If Ultimate Campaign, does it slot in with Ultimate Rulership?
If it does, how does it fit in with Festival Edicts?

Other questions (not related to these products):

Did you know that there's a (small but quite excitable) portion of your audience that are interested in seeing what Legendary Games and Alexander Augunas (Everyman Gaming) could do together?
I know it's early days, but has there been any more thought about an Ultimate Kingdom print compilation (URule, UBat, UWar, & UArm)?

I think that'll do for now...

Ultimate Prestige is actually going a very different direction, tackling the possibilities of Prestige Classes in Pathfinder, an area that's been kind of relegated to the far back burner in the land of archetypes but which has its own separate and enjoyable design space to explore.

Royal Tournaments will reference the Festival Edict rules, but it is more focused on what your characters can do for fun and excitement at a tournament.

I haven't heard (until now) a specific request for working with Alex, but I did think Age of Electrotech was pretty neat stuff and he seems like a very bright guy. Might have to drop him a line...

As to your last question about our next print compilation, funny you should ask...

Does a happy dance

So, how long is it until May, again? I've always loved tournaments, but the rules are never quite satisfactory (though I recall some okay ones back in the 2E days). With the quality I've come to expect from Legendary Games, I'm expecting to be blown away.

Check out the Leadership Handbook product thread for some chatter about Everyman Gaming and Legendary Games together.

And posted in da thread! Awesome.

If Treasury of the Kingdom is meant for the Kingbreakers line, than I definitely will be getting a copy!

And looking forward to Royal Tournaments and Ultimate Armies too. Sigh, one more reason to look forward to the warm summer!

It is indeed, and it should be available TOMORROW!

I've been remiss in getting up a preview for it. I should fix that. At the dentist at the moment about to go in for some work so it might have to wait until this afternoon.

Hang on, isn't Treasury of the Kingdom the one with magic tied into the Kingdom building rules?

Damnit, Jason, should I just give you my online banking details?

Good luck with the tooth troubles.

EDIT: And I love that preview.
