RAW vs RAI... Good or bad, right or wrong this is why we have a GM, to wade through all the grey matter. If a build or option (myself included here) is declared unfit great, if it's accepted great. MY personal main objective here is to have fun and if I can, help facilitate others to that end as well. It's your world Eric play it as you intended.
That all being said I will be leaving for Redding this fri. for a weekend of sun, fun, and copious libations so I may be slow in responding to gameplay, feel free to rapid shot anything that moves if I can't make a post y'all.
