I've got the Roll20 site up and running. I sent everyone invites. Here's the link as well. All squares on these maps are 10 feet not 5 feet. I'll make everyone's avatar as noted. I've set up a map of the last vault you explored so you can play around with it and get used to it. I'll add characters you can control as you accept the invites. Change your Avatar on the Roll 20 site to what you want your character to be, or send me a picture of what you'd like it to be via email. Thanks.
Edit: I added some spell markers everyone should be able edit. Play around with the Aura as the size of the spell. There's even a special Black Tentacles one. Let me know what other special spells you want me to make Tokens for.

Not sure what class a Rouge is. Is that French or something?
That new dwarven body needed some color and rouge seemed to help.
I like your pretty picture Mik.
Down boy.

I've got most of the information up on the Campaign Info tab. Is there any other information you would like to see up there? Any other common information you'd like to see recorded or kept track of? I might add players and their current HP, just to make it easier for me to keep track of.

I'll put everyone at the top of the Campaign Info tab. Might be good to know what Gunther's and Badger's HP while raging is too.
Any other requests? I think we're just about ready to go. We're just waiting on ZAO and his eidolons to show up, then I'll open the Gameplay forum and we can start integrating Gunther in the group and get a dialog about what everyone is doing next.
Also, everyone has the ability to Edit the Saventh-Yhi map. Let me know if I've missed anything on there as well.

Still waiting for ZAO to check in. I believe it's in the works. Once he checks in I'll open up the Gameplay thread and explain how I'll be running some of the mechanics of the game since everyone here is new at Play-By Post. I'll have everyone dot in there, then we'll start the Gunther introduction. After that the game should flow from there. I've got everything pretty well setup on my end. I've got several maps ready on Roll20.
My goal is to have a good idea of how the game is running before leaving for NC so I can update on the road as we go.

Hi, I'm here as an example. My header shows current HP, AC, Saves, Init, and Perception as well as current spells active.
My Profile includes my character sheet information plus resources I need to track, spells prepared with the spells I've cast for the day crossed out using the strikethrough formatting option.

Yo Jyord. Not a Feat that allows flanking from 10' but a Rogue Talent. There is a Feat called Snap Shot that allows you to threaten 5' with ranged weapon as well at 15' with Improved Snap Shot and requires a few pre-reqs.
Rogue Talent (4th lvl)
Melee Archer (Ex) - A rogue with this talent
may flank enemies 10 feet away from her
while using a ranged weapon, as if the ranged
weapon were a reach weapon. If the rogue
threatens squares with her ranged weapons
(i.e., through the Snap Shot feat,) she may also
flank enemies inside her threatened area.

Oh okay, thanks. I saw a teamwork feat, coordinated shot I think, that sounded similar and was wondering if you found a way to use a teamwork feat just for yourself.

Eric, regarding your email; aside from wild shape and spells used, did you have anything else in mind for my tracked recources?
Crossbow Bolts maybe. Especially if you have different types, materials.
You also might want to put what equipment you're carrying on your character sheet as well.

supporting evidence for being able to pounce in surprise round.
If you are able to take only a standard action on your turn, you can still charge, but you are only allowed to move up to your speed (instead of up to double your speed)Pouncing does not mention the need for a full-round action.Pounce gives you a full-attack at the end of your charge. Pounce very specifically says you may take one at the end of your charge. The full attack does not mean full attack action but if all that is allotted is a standard action than the full attack would be a standard action.
Charging says you may do it "partially" ONLY when you can just take a standard action. Not when you're only left with a standard action like after you had moved already.
So a "partial" charge is certainly allowed in a surprise round. Since Pounce is a partial action charge it is therefore allowed and since pounce is allowed the full attack NOT full attack action is allowed. So I get a standard action after the pounce in a surprise round.
And a pounce on a surprise is the best way to make animals dangerous that I know :-) Especially hunters like tigers, panthers etc.
Some of this is quoted and some not. I am lazy so if you really want the quotes in the right spot I can add them just not tonight.

Either way is fine with me. If they need help getting up to speed and want us to delay a short bit, that's fine with me. Monday is do-able too.

The format for such things is in the show button at the bottom. It is generally formatted as such[ b ]write what you want to say [ / b ] for bold but now spaces [ o o c ]for out of character content again no spaces [ / o o c ] and so on. Click the show in How to format your text and it will explain.
