Who : PCs can be anywhere between lvls 7 and 11, sub-tiers 7-8 and 10-11.
What : Nearly every nation has contributed to the Mendevian Crusade, but few are willing to send additional aid to assist the Pathfinder Society directly. Owed a favor the elves cannot refuse, Pathfinders travel to Kyonin to secure a force of some of the finest demon-hunters in Avistan only to find that the hunters are missing in action. Can the Pathfinders extract the lost elves from the depths of Tanglebriar, or will they become the latest casualties of Treerazer’s domain?

Does this mean we're going high tier modified for table of 4?

I understand a spot has opened up for my Wizard5/Bloatmage6 so the APL may change. Currently it is (56/6) for APL 9.3* so that is playing up with the 4 player adjustment. If I am replacing a 7 or 8 we go to APL10, if I am replacing a 10 we go to APL9.5 and get to decide if we want to count as APL9 (high tier with 4 player adjustment) or APL10.

Personally I would opt for the latter but the lower levels might be nervous about that.
