Always Nongood Race

Homebrew and House Rules

How can there be a race of Always anything? The citizens of this specific race are suppose to be loyal to their princes and high lord and to the city most of all. But if you are not good at all.. what is making them loyal to you? I mean sure we have Lawful Neutral but that does not inspire strong loyalty and belief in superiority.

Why not just name the race? Also loyalty and good do not always go together. You can be loyal because you believe in the concept enough to stand behind it. You can also not be loyal, while being good, if you think the loyalty is being misplaced.

As for creatures having certain alignments unless it is an outsider with an alignment subtype I would expect assume that each creature still has a choice, even if its upbringing pushes it towards being _____.

PS: I am aware that even aligned outsiders can vary, but that is so rare that it is normally a plot(story) device.

The race is the shades from fearun.
I was just curious as it says they are all nongood. They are also outsiders though would probably have the native subtype.

I think this is your problem. Can't say that I can confirm this statment.
