Increasing Caster Level CHECKS?

Advice

Scarab Sages

I was looking into a character concept, and I wanted to make an archanist who was good at depowering/dispelling magic. I really like some of the abilities. Two of the exploits, that is Counterspelling and Spell disruption require me to make a caster-level check. Seeing how in most games enemy spellcasters will be of higher level than my character, I was wondering if there was any way to boost my caster-level check for the purposes of dispelling/counterspelling.

Any ideas?

Silver Crusade

Elf. Take the feats Attuned to the Wild and Mage of the Wild. Gain +2 on CL checks while in your favored terrain. Each time you take Attuned to the Wild, both feats apply to a new terrain type.

All kinds of items.

Spell specialization (dispel magic) will help a lot. Coupled with that you can use cold iron (1gp per dose from the alchemy manual) as a material component. It grants +1 to dispel checks when casting a spell from the a hydration school (which dispel magic is). Later on you can swap spell specialization to greater dispel magic if you would like.

The exploit potent magic for the arcanist is an obvious choice to pump your CL on the dispel magic checks.

Some good feats to pair this with would be dispel synergy and destructive dispel.
